slán Original, unpredictable, and exciting. Qutb, in particular, absolutely nails it for me Favorite track: Qutb.

Anthony Childs An absolute must-listen for fans of Bohren und Der Club of Gore but takes that late night minimal Jazz film soundtrack and adds noise & tension (still remaining a film you absolutely are immersed; sonic touch points maybe being Otomo Yoshihide/Ground Zero). And that's just the first half of the album. The rest of the journey is yours to discover. There needs to be some kind of VR experience with this soundtrack. HIGHLY recommended.

L'ottava Sfera (Corsican for The Eighth Sphere) is the first proper solo album from intermedia artist and engineer R.A Sánchez (Black Baptist, Tokyo Bloodworm). Drawing inspiration from catholicism, theosophy, funeral doom, experimental jazz and mid-20th century composers such as Krzysztof Pendrecki and Iannis Xenakis, R.A has crafted a pitch-dark and deeply personal narrative based on themes of illness, death and apotheosis. The album is meticulously structured at once as a ritual and an episodic psychological breakdown, taking the listener into a relentlessly challenging and unpredictable journey through the layers of hell one traverses on the way towards growth.

"Ritualistic and shamanistic drone-inflected jazz drags listeners kicking and screaming into the darkness... The road is bumpy and forlorn and your patience will be tested across its forty-four-minute runtime of divisive genres, but fans of jazz, drone, and dark ambient will find their journey well rewarded." - (Dear Hollow) ANGRY METAL GUY
